Martina Lahmann new member of the Faculty Board

Teacher Martina Lahmann has been appointed as a new member of the CBH Faculty Board. She teaches mathematics and chemistry at the foundation year programme in Flemingsberg.

Two areas she would like to get involved in are coordination of programmes and quality assurance. She believes that her experience of different European education systems could be of benefit here.

"One aspect that is high on my wish list is to work towards a clearer and better integration of the foundation year in KTH's programmes for both students and teachers," Lahmann says.

CBH Service helps with your event

Organising an event can be difficult and sometimes time-consuming, but Perina Höbinger and Sandhya Hagelin at CBH Service are there to help. They have extensive experience in project management of events of various sizes in government and the private sector. They can take you through all the steps methodically and ensure that your event falls within budget and according to your wishes.

“In the first step, we meet well in advance of the event, to jointly set the basics such as date, purpose, preferred venue and location," Sandhya Hagelin says.

Co-organization next step in development of UA

The next step in the development of KTH's University Administration, UA, is that staff in HR, finance and communication will be co-organized within each area from the first of April 2024. This is one of several points decided by the President in an orientation decision on how UA will be organized in the future.

Environment and sustainable development

The CBH School works actively for a sustainable development on several levels. Our research and education contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we have an environmental management system and is a workplace that strives for increased sustainability in our daily processes.
